On November 1,1962, a NWP committee visited the performance test in Westercelle, Germany. There was a 2-yr-old Holstein stallion that met their approval. They hoped that the animal, called Farn, would create broodmares that would help upgrade Dutch breeding. We all know that Farn did just this and even more. He also supplied athletes that became the base of many farms breeding today.
